I ran the installer and everything seemed to progress/install fine - I did not get any error messages. It did not find my Oracle home, and then I realized my Oracle client is a 32-bit, so I uninstalled 64-bit FreeTOAD V11.6 and downloaded the 32-bit installer.
I had downloaded the V11.5 in Sept 2012, so the year was not up, so I assume it was simply the migration to a new version.įrom, I initially installed the 64-bit version.

Monday when I tried to open my TOAD for Oracle Freeware V11.5, it gave me the message that "This version of Toad for Oracle has expired. If I am overlooking something please let me know. I have tried to be diligent and search online, including TOAD forums, and so far I haven't found a resolution/answer. I am on Windows 7 Professional, service pack 1.
I am unable to open/start new TOAD freeware version 11.6.
